Ted vs. The State (Will The Trial EVER Happen?)
By Hempology | January 10, 2002

Volume #3, Issue #3 – January 2002
By Scott Johnstone.
In November of 2000, Ted was arrested twice for trafficking cannabis because he was publicly sharing joints and cookies. His constitutional challenge to those laws was originally scheduled to be heard in the Victoria courthouse on October 1st, 2nd, 26th, and 29th of 2001 (almost a year after the initial incident). The challenge dates were then postponed a number of months. Then postponed a number of months again. Well guess what – the challenge has been delayed YET AGAIN! The new dates are June 3rd, 4th, and 5th (after the supreme court ruling on the Chris Clay / Randy Caine / David Malmo-Levine case).
