Court Rules Idaho Motorists May Drive While Stoned

“a federal appeals court on Monday ruled
that, in the Gem State, you can drive high as long as you
drive straight – even though you’re not exactly following
the straight and narrow.
The three-judge panel of the San Francisco-based 9th
U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that, while it is illegal to
drive under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, Idaho law
doesn’t list marijuana as a narcotic.”
