The 4/20 4:20 is by far the most MASSIVE gathering of Victorians demonstrating
their love of cannabis. Year after year,
at the date and time that mean “to smoke cannabis”,
swarms of enthusiastic people gather at Centennial Square, rain or shine, and get as stoned as is
humanly possible!
