Dear Mr. Lowe:
Thank you for your letter of October 10, 2002, extending an invitation to Cindy Cripps-Prawak of Health Canada’s Office of Cannabis Medical Access (OCMA) to attend a City of Victoria, Council meeting.
Unfortunately, we must decline your invitation at this time. Ms. Cripps-Prawak is currently on leave and an alternate is not available. Please be assured that the Office of Cannabis Medical Access would be open to accepting an invitation in the future – possibly in the new year.
In the interim, if you have any specific issues regarding the federal government’s medical marihuana program, you might want to consider sending us questions in writing. Again thank you for your invitation.
