1. Executive
Motion made by Steve W to nominate Ted for President.
Jim seconds it, motion carried.
Motion made by Jim to nominate Odin for Vice President.
Richard seconds it, motion carried.
Motion made by Steve W to nominate Tyler for Secretary.
Christian seconds it, motion carried.
Motion made by Richard to nominate Christian for Treasurer.
Steve W seconds it, motion carried.
Motion made by Christian, that:
Ryan Bushby and Lee Morrison shall be removed as signing
authority from the TD Canada Trust bank account for the International
Hempology 101 Society
Ted Leon Smith and Odin Lake should be added to the bank account’s
signing authority.
Steve W seconds it, motion carried.
2. Legal Cases
Ted was at court in Parksville with 2 growers who have hired John Conroy, famous
Canadian lawyer who represented David Malmo-Levine and Chris Klein.
3. UVic / Camosun
The 4:20′s at UVic should take on a more structured educational feel.
Thursday, October 1st is the Joint UVic / Camosun Hempology Board Meeting.
4. Cannabis Buyers’ Club
A working group has been made out of members from the club and Steve Palmer has been
named “Leader”? First meeting September 15th.

5. Art Auction
Front Room to become Art Gallery and have a silent auction from October 1st to November
15th, International Medical Marijuana Day (IMMD)
We’ll try and spam every city in canada and get them to also proclaim International
Medical Marijuana Day.
