B.C. Bud Bust At U.S. Border.

U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents seized nearly 860 kilograms of marijuana at the Pacific Highway crossing in Blaine, Washington.
The B.C. Bud which agents estimate is worth $5.5 million was discovered during a cargo search over the weekend.
Officers in the commercial truck examination area found the marijuana in a shipment of shrink-wrapped wood shavings packages.
The pot was concealed in shrink-wrapped bags in the centre of the pallets.
The truck, trailer and cargo were also seized. The cargo was bound for California.
