Pot Caf’s Former Owner Wants a Jury Trial.

The former owner of a pot caf in Vancouver wants a jury trial on charges of trafficking marijuana and benefiting from the proceeds of crime.
Carole Gwilt says she wants to be judged before a jury of her peers on the cannabis issue because, she says, most people want marijuana to be legal. Police raided her Da Kine caf in September.
