Fill Out Forms, Please!

As some of our members know, the CBC is currently working on a
Research Project.
The research project is a comparison of prescription drugs and cannabis
in the treatment of chronic illnesses. We have made a questionnaire
available to the members, and would appreciate it if sometime within
the next 2 to 3 months members of the CBC could pick one up and take
some time to fill it out. We want to have all the forms filled out and
collected by the end of September. The planned completion date for
this project is December. We will be making someone available once a
week (Thursday afternoons) to help members with filling out the
questionnaire. If you are unable to come down to the store, we can
make arrangements for someone to come to your residence and help fill
out the questionnaire.
The goal of this research project is to have a well researched paper on
the benefits of medical marijuana use. We will be compiling a
cost/benefit analysis from the information you provide to us on the
forms. We anticipate this to be an important step in the continuation
of the action for the right of individuals to choose the medicine that
works best for them.
