Marc Emery is the Guest Speaker at Hempology Club
Lecture Series
Victoria,
BC: The "Prince of Pot", Marc Emery, presented a special one hour
lecture on POT AND POLITICS at the University of Victoria, March 12th. Mr.
Emery is facing extradition to the US for selling seeds over the internet
and money laundering, charges also faced by two employees who worked with
him at the time, Michelle Rainey and Greg Williams. Though the seed
business has not been operating since Aug 2005, Marc is still the
President of the B.C. Marijuana Party (which has a store in downtown
Vancouver), publisher of Cannabis Culture magazine and Pot.tv. 
Marc Emery was well
received by students at the University of Victoria. Marc informed students
about the injustice and politics behind prohibition and pot. Watch the
